Freshly prepared and homemade Tyrolean classics meet light summer dishes – from Tyrolean Gröstl and homemade cheese spaetzle to Oven-Baked Chicken Caprese, our crispy Backhendl Special Salad and our well-known Tuxer Ribs in honey beer marinade, which have become one of our guests’ absolute favorites.
Burger lovers, vegetarians, families and Kaiserschmarrn fans will also find the perfect dish on our summer menu in Zell am Ziller. ☀️🍹
Our specialties are best enjoyed with one of our Tuxer Spritz drinks, a local Zillertal beer or a glass of wine.

The Zum Tuxer Restaurant is the perfect place to start the day!
Our extensive breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 7.30 am to 10.00 am.
From crusty farmhouse bread and fresh rolls to a varied selection of sausage and cheese specialities - you'll find everything your breakfast heart desires.
We also serve delicious egg dishes, creamy yoghurt, crunchy muesli, fresh fruit, refreshing juices and aromatic coffee specialities.
Our breakfast buffet is not only ideal for holidaymakers who want to start their day near the gondola, but also for all ‘Sunday breakfasters’ who would like to be treated to something special.
So that we can prepare your breakfast experience perfectly, we ask you to book in advance by telephone by 4:00 pm the day before.
